How it works

It calculates with your rules: your area, your type of customer, travel and your minimum. The customer never sees your rates, only the result.
It emails the customer a PDF with your branding and the estimated range.
It tells you who to call. Every request arrives classified with a traffic light: green to call today, amber for the daily summary and red for the enquiry that has already been dealt with.

After the site survey, the firm quote is prepared from the same dashboard, with your catalogue, your measurements and your prices already loaded. The assistant answers in seven languages: Spanish, Basque, Catalan, English, French, German and Italian.

What it is not

It is not a valuation. It gives an estimated range; the site survey and the final price remain the fabricator's call.
It does not replace your judgement. It filters and handles the first contact, and you decide how far it goes on its own. If you wish, every quote goes through your hands before it is sent.
It is not a generic form and it does not work with market prices. It uses the rules we set up with you.

How it is set up

We set it up with you. In a guided 60 to 90-minute session we gather your area, your rates, your minimum and your surcharges, with no homework or technical help needed on your side. Within 7 days it is connected to your website and WhatsApp. If you want to change something later on, a configuration copilot helps you do it without writing any code.

It is contracted with an annual fee adjusted to your volume of requests, with no cost per quote or per conversation and no minimum term. It comes with a 30-day guarantee; the terms are on the guarantee and refunds page (in Spanish).
