How we work: every project, tailor-made
Lagunbot has no public price list: every project is quoted to fit after a free 30-minute demo, depending on channels, languages, integrations and volume.
We work the same way with a town council as with a business: first we understand how you serve people today, then we make a proposal and, once we agree, we build, test and stay with you.
The process, step by step
1. Free 30-minute assessment
A video call to get to know your organisation and see what makes sense to automate. We look at your processes honestly and show you a demo of the kind of assistant that suits you.
2. Tailor-made proposal
We send you a concrete plan: tools, phases, cost and expected return. No small print.
3. Build
We prepare the knowledge base with your information, configure the assistant and connect it to the agreed channels. Your team does not need any technical knowledge.
4. Testing in Basque and Spanish
We design the assistant in Basque from the start, not as a translation. Before opening it to the public we test it in both languages with questions like the ones your organisation receives, and fix whatever needs fixing.
5. Launch
We install it on your website and, if agreed, on WhatsApp or on the phone with a voice agent.
6. Follow-up
We monitor and fine-tune. Every month we send you a report on what people ask, which questions keep coming up and which information should be strengthened.
Why every project is quoted individually
The scope of an assistant depends on four things:
- The channels: web, WhatsApp, phone.
- The languages: Basque and Spanish, or others if your audience needs them.
- The integrations: CRM, ERP, email or other tools the assistant has to talk to.
- The volume: how many enquiries or requests it has to handle.
That is why we do not publish prices. In the assessment we look at your case, and in the proposal we give you a no-obligation quote.
Once it is up and running, the assistant works on an annual fee that includes hosting, maintenance and content updates.
If you are a public authority
A town council or public body contracts it through the procedures set out in public procurement rules: a minor contract or a tender, depending on the case. In the assessment we define with the council team the scope that the contract then sets out. You can find examples in our case studies and the details of the service in chatbot for town councils.
If you are an aluminium or PVC window and door fabricator
For window and door quotes we have our own product with its own set-up process: Lagunbot Presupuestos, our automatic quoting system.
