Lagunbot IA is an artificial intelligence company from the Basque Country that designs bilingual Basque-Spanish chatbots, voice agents and automations for town councils and companies, and develops Lagunbot Presupuestos, our automatic quoting system for aluminium and PVC window and door fabricators.
Our team is in Gipuzkoa and works with Mallorca remotely: the assessment, the follow-up meetings and the review of the tests take place by video call, and we travel to the island when the project needs it. The method is the same one we follow with town councils and companies in the Basque Country.
From Basque to Catalan
Our speciality is bilingual assistants. In the Basque Country we design each one in Basque and Spanish from the start, without translating from one language to the other, and we test it in both before going live. In Mallorca the approach is the same with Catalan and Spanish, the two official languages of the Balearic Islands. A town council has to serve people equally well in both, and a hotel also in its guests' languages.

Hotels and accommodation
An assistant on your website and on WhatsApp that answers guests before and during their stay: hotel services, opening hours, requests, recommendations and bookings. Town councils and tourist offices
Municipal and tourist information at any time of day, for residents and visitors: procedures, office opening hours, services and the events calendar. Clinics
Appointment management, WhatsApp reminders and answers to patients' usual questions, in each patient's language, so that reception does not depend on the phone. More in AI for clinics.
