Artificial intelligence automation for SMEs
We connect the tools your company already uses and hand the repetitive tasks to artificial intelligence: reading, sorting, moving data, sending alerts and preparing drafts so that your team only has to review.
In many SMEs, part of the day goes on tasks that need no judgement: copying data from a form into the CRM, forwarding emails to the right person, preparing the same kind of quote again and again, answering the same internal questions. To automate them, all it takes is connecting the software you already use and adding artificial intelligence to the steps that involve reading, understanding or writing.
What we automate
Email and forms
The AI reads incoming emails and forms, understands what they are asking for, extracts the data (name, company, product, urgency) and sends it where it needs to go: the CRM, a spreadsheet, the ERP or the inbox of the person responsible. Your team starts the day with requests already sorted.
Quotes
Using your rates and your rules, the system prepares a preliminary quote from the customer's request and leaves it ready for review. This is what Lagunbot Presupuestos, our automatic quoting system for aluminium and PVC window and door fabricators, does: it handles the request on the web or WhatsApp, works out an indicative price range with the company's own rates and sends the PDF to the customer. The site survey and the final price remain in the fabricator's hands.
Onboarding new staff
When someone joins the company, the automation sends them the documentation, alerts their manager and gives them access to an assistant they can ask about procedures, machinery or safety rules, without depending on a veteran colleague being free.
Internal queries
An assistant that answers your team using the company's manuals, procedures and technical data sheets, without those documents being used to train models. We explain it in private AI for companies.
Alerts and reports
Alerts when something is out of the ordinary, such as a delayed order or a machine fault, and regular summaries that arrive automatically by email or WhatsApp.
Examples by sector
- Industry: answers to customers about orders, delivery times and stock using ERP data, production and maintenance alerts, and the knowledge of veteran operators within reach of new starters. More in AI for industry.
- Installation companies: sorting incoming requests, identifying emergencies, alerting the on-call technician on WhatsApp, and confirming and reminding each customer of their visit. More in AI for installation companies.
- Aluminium and PVC window and door fabricators: the indicative quote, the PDF and requests ordered by priority, without anyone in the workshop having to stop what they are doing.

How it connects
We work with the tools your company already uses: email, spreadsheets, CRM, ERP, calendar and WhatsApp. To join them up we use n8n, an automation tool that connects applications with one another; the AI takes care of the steps that involve reading or writing.
- There is no need to change software or for your team to learn a new one.
- If a program cannot be connected directly, we look for another route, such as the files it already exports or the emails it generates. And if there is none, we tell you.
- On anything important, a person decides: the automation prepares and your team approves.
How we get started
We start with a single process. In the free 30-minute assessment we look at which repetitive tasks weigh most on your company and choose one where the difference will show. We build it, test it with real cases and, once it works, move on to the next one. The full process is in how we work.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to change our ERP or CRM?
No. We connect the ones you already use. If one of them cannot be connected, we look at it during the assessment and find another route.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
Only on what we agree is routine, such as sorting an email or moving data from one place to another. Anything with consequences, such as sending a final price or approving an order, is reviewed by a person.
Where is the best place to start?
With the task that repeats most and needs the least judgement: for example, requests coming in by email or form, or standard quotes.
Does it work in Basque?
Yes. The assistants and the messages the automations generate can work in Basque and Spanish. If you also want to serve your customers with an assistant, we explain it in Basque chatbot.
